Rapper DMX is at it again. According to news on hotnewhiphop.com, he was arrested on Thursday in Maricopa County in Arizona for violating his probation.
DMX was reportedly cited for use of Oxycontin without a prescription, failing to submit to drug testing, failing to participate in counseling programs, failure to make payments and driving on a suspended license. He was also allegedly in possession of cocaine at the time of his arrest.
The complaint also reads that he "has been given multiple opportunities to succeed on probation" and that "he chose his own treatment program and continues to use illegal drugs following the opportunities."
He is due in court on 24th November, 2010.
